The Blonde
The Blonde
This straw-coloured Blond Ale pours with a firm and creamy head. Using only one type of malt, the Pale Ale Malt, it is hopped with small amounts of single hop variety, called “Willamette”. No hop aroma in the nose, but some graininess from the malt. While the hops are absent, the pleasant maltiness is balanced with a low bitterness, which makes this beer a perfect entry into the world of craft beer.
The Lager
The Lager
A golden beer in the lager style. Maltiness in the nose and a nice bready flavour. Made with 100% pilsner malt but not as highly hopped as a pils. This beer is the hand-crafted and tastier version of a traditional lager.
The IPA
The IPA
Amber in colour, with a nice, retentive head. The aroma is slightly toffee-ish from the malt, but flowery and grassy from the many and generous additions of hops. The malt is held back, because in this beer it’s the hops that get to shine with its fruitiness and the high and lingering bitterness – typical for this kind of craft beer. Our IPA is an ideal example of the style.
The Session Ale
The Session Ale
Smooth as a bee dripping honey, our Session Ale suits anyone not yet used to our more bitter regular IPA. Still many different types of hops but rounder and lower in alcohol, at 5.5%, making it a true session ale without lacking personality.
