Our 1000 m² production site is equipped with a latest generation EasyBrau automatic brewing system, capable of producing 3,000 L per brew.
We have a total fermentation capacity of 80,000 L, spread over 12 isobarometric and insulated tanks, guaranteeing optimal fermentation and maturation conditions, to mature our beers to perfection.
Rigorous control and a laboratory equipped with advanced instruments support our dedicated and passionate team in producing beers of the highest quality.
We package our beers in bottles, cans, and kegs. A dedicated cold room keeps our finished products in optimal conditions, ensuring maximum freshness upon delivery.
